Terms and Conditions
Travel Documents: Guests must carry valid government-issued ID proofs (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License, etc.), permits, and other travel documents as required. Let's Tour is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or invalid documents.
Travel Insurance: Guests are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, accidents, and lost belongings. Let's Tour is not liable for any losses due to lack of insurance.
Changes & Amendments: Itineraries, hotels, and transport arrangements are subject to change due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the company’s control. In such cases, equivalent alternatives will be arranged.
Health & Safety: Guests are responsible for their personal health and safety during travel. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be informed before booking. Let's Tour will not be liable for health-related issues during the trip.
Force Majeure: Let's Tour is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions due to natural disasters, strikes, weather, accidents, political unrest, or any events beyond the company’s control.
Customer Conduct: Guests must follow local laws, customs, and regulations at all destinations. Any misconduct, illegal activity, or behaviour causing discomfort to others may result in termination of services without refund. Prohibited items (weapons, explosives, narcotics, etc.) must not be carried.
Responsibility & Liability: Let's Tour acts solely as a tour organizer and does not own or control airlines, trains, buses, hotels, or other third-party services. The company is not liable for delays, loss of property, injuries, or damages caused by third-party providers. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific affected service.
Accommodation & Transportation: Hotels and transport services are arranged through third-party vendors. In case the confirmed hotel/vehicle is unavailable, an alternative of similar category will be provided. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to hotel policy and availability.
Intellectual Property: All itineraries, brochures, logos, and content remain the property of Let's Tour. Guests may not reproduce, copy, or distribute materials without prior permission.
Governing Law: All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India].
Payment Policy
Booking & Reservation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Let's Tour.
Customers must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the prescribed advance payment.
Advance Payment
Advance Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking to secure reservations.
A second advance payment may be requested, depending on service providers' requirements (e.g., hotels, transport, activities).
Booking confirmation will be shared via email within 48 hours of receiving the advance payment.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour or as instructed in the booking confirmation.
In certain cases, final payment may be collected on arrival or during the tour, as per the assistance of your Let's Tour coordinator (PTA).
Failure to pay the balance amount within the stipulated timeline may result in cancellation, with applicable cancellation charges.
Payment Methods
Payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
Accepted payment modes include bank transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, authorized online gateways, or cash.
Customers are advised to confirm the accepted payment method before making any transaction.
Stays & Services
Hotels and stays are subject to availability at the time of booking. If a chosen property is unavailable, an alternate stay of a similar category will be provided.
Let's Tour reserves the right to modify the itinerary, hotels, transport, or activities if required due to operational reasons. Any such changes will be promptly communicated.
Let's Tour acts as a tour organizer only and does not own or operate hotels, airlines, railways, or transport services.
Itinerary & Package Terms
Any changes in the itinerary, number of persons, travel dates, or inclusions must be informed to the Let's Tour sales executive. A revised quote will be provided.
For package tours with multiple components (accommodation, transfers, meals, activities), payments must be cleared within deadlines. Non-payment may affect confirmation of the package.
Let's Tour carefully selects service providers to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.
Cancellation Policy
General Terms: a. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to this policy. b. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the timelines and conditions stated below. c. Some bookings (such as promotional fares, peak season bookings, or special deals) may be non-refundable or subject to additional cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Rules: a. Cancellation 30 days prior to travel – 70% refund of the total package cost. b. Cancellation 15–29 days prior to travel – 50% refund of the total package cost. c. Cancellation within 14 days of travel or no-show – No refund.
Refund Process: a. The initial advance deposit (30%) is strictly non-refundable. b. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 15–30 working days after written confirmation. c. Refunds will be made to the original payment source unless otherwise agreed.
Force Majeure Clause: Let's Tour shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to: - Natural disasters - Weather disruptions - Political unrest - Strikes - Pandemic restrictions - Acts of God

Travel Insurance: a. It is highly recommended that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, accidents, and lost baggage. b. Let's Tour is not responsible for expenses arising from the absence of such insurance.
Limitation of Liability: a. Let's Tour is an organizer and does not own/control hotels, airlines, or transport. Liability for shortcomings rests with the respective service provider. b. Company's liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
Customer Conduct: a. Guests must comply with local laws, customs, and regulations. b. Carrying weapons, fire-causing agents, or restricted items as per Indian law is prohibited. Guests are solely responsible for violations. c. Let's Tour reserves the right to terminate service if a guest’s behaviour is disruptive, illegal, or compromises safety.
